Charles chibueze chukwu popularly known his stage name crayon was born in lagos state, his genre of song is afropop, crayon hails from Ebonyi state in the southeastern part of Nigerian his parents are into business, his father own a CD shop.

crayon started pursuing music in 2008 in the process he met a producer ozedikus, baby fresh saw the talent and potential immediately called for him, on may 25, 2019, baby fresh signed crayon in his record label blow time entertainment, ozedikus who had worked with rema on Dumebi and corny” and some other track, the superstar was featured in the track [ all in order] by mavins with some other arts like rema, korede bello, Don jazzy and DNA, he was the one that take the lead part in overdoes”, which gained over 20million streams, in 2022 he drop a hit song title ijo laba laba with a dancing step, happy dance butterfly movement.
